2. 有意向的合格投標(biāo)人可從2023年9月5日起至2023年9月12日每天（節(jié)假日除外）上午9：00～11：30，下午2：30～5：00（北京時(shí)間）在中國(guó)廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B售標(biāo)書(shū)處購(gòu)買(mǎi)招標(biāo)文件，本招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)：人民幣500元，售后不退。
Interested qualified bidders can purchase the bidding documents from September 5, 2023 to September 12, 2023 at the bidding office of 27B, Baishida Building, No. 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China from 9: 00 am to 11: 30 am and 2: 30 pm to 5: 00 pm (Beijing time) every day (excluding holidays). The price of this bidding document is RMB 500, which is non-refundable after sale.
三、提交投標(biāo)文件截止時(shí)間、開(kāi)標(biāo)時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)
1.所有投標(biāo)文件應(yīng)于2023年9月27日下午14：30（北京時(shí)間）之前遞交到深圳市東海國(guó)際招標(biāo)有限公司開(kāi)標(biāo)室。（本項(xiàng)目采用郵寄的方式接收投標(biāo)文件，請(qǐng)各位投標(biāo)供應(yīng)商于開(kāi)標(biāo)時(shí)間前郵寄至：中國(guó)廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號(hào)百仕達(dá)大廈27B（以快遞送達(dá)時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)）如快遞送到時(shí)間超過(guò)開(kāi)標(biāo)時(shí)間，將被拒收。）
All bidding documents shall be submitted to the Bid Opening Office of Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. before 14:30 pm on September 27th, 2023 (Beijing time). 3.按照商務(wù)部要求，投標(biāo)人必須經(jīng)注冊(cè)成為其會(huì)員才可以參加投標(biāo)，注冊(cè)之前請(qǐng)先和招標(biāo)網(wǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人張偉聯(lián)系確認(rèn)，電話13426428357，從購(gòu)買(mǎi)標(biāo)書(shū)到最終出中標(biāo)結(jié)果的所有程序都需要在此網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行。因此投標(biāo)人若參加國(guó)際標(biāo)的投標(biāo)必須在中國(guó)國(guó)際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)并保證通過(guò)年檢。
